To apply for a title, email your application to internationaldogdrivers@gmail.com with the information below. Please include titles already earned with the dog's name, e.g. Harry Shedder DG DA2.

  • Date of birth (if under 19)
  • Address, city, state, and country
  • Email address and phone number

Your dog(s)

For each dog (up to four): name and age.

Your drive(s)

  • Location of each drive (up to four)
  • URL for your video link
  • Screenshots if needed for distance (JPG or PNG)
